Ichiran Ramen - Ikebukuro

These photos were taken with my phone.  Apologies for low quality.

Ichiran is great if you are eating alone and/or are not confident with your ability to
communicate in Japanese.  Insert money first, then choose what you want.  All buttons are
labeled in English and Japanese and most have pictures.

It doesn't matter if you don't know if the light indicates if a space is vacant or occupied.
If you see both, just go find a seat.  The staff will mark that your seat is taken.

When you sit down, there will be a sheet to give to the waiter indicating how you want your ramen.
When your server opens the curtain, just ask for an English version.  Circle what you want and ring the bell
to let him know that you are ready.

This ramen was incredibly good.  So good, in fact, that I went again the next day
just to be sure it was as great as I thought.  It was.
